Malcolm Hedding
ICEJ Executive Director
Malcolm Hedding is an ordained Minister of the Assemblies of God of Southern Africa. He served in the local church in South Africa as a pastor, teacher and church planter for twenty-five years. At the same time he was constantly involved in Jewish Christian dialogue and ministry to Israel. So, from 1975 to the year 2000 he also served as a member of Christian Action for Israel, finally becoming the Chairman of that organization in 1991. All the while he was also actively involved with the work of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem in Israel.
In the year 2000 Malcolm was appointed the “new” Executive Director of the ICEJ, a post that he has now held for over five years. He has traveled the world speaking on biblical Zionism and encouraging the church to pick up her obligations in this regard. He has also been a frequent speaker on many Jewish platforms and has written many articles and books on the subject of Israel.
Malcolm holds two diplomas in Theology, as well as a Bachelor of Theology degree. He is married to Cheryl and has three children, one daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. |
